The Club Action Planning Scheme (CAPS) is England Netball’s nationally recognised framework designed to help clubs evaluate their operations and plan for continuous improvement. CAPS supports clubs in delivering a high-quality development programme, operating in line with best practices across coaching, safeguarding, governance, and community engagement.
CAPS is aligned with Sport England’s Clubmark, the only national cross-sport quality accreditation for clubs with junior sections. It is built on a robust set of core criteria that ensure accredited clubs meet consistent, high-quality standards in their operations and player development.

Our coaches are passionate about developing our players across all ages. We know first-hand that first class netball experiences happen through great coaching. Our club is run by netballers, for netballers, to provide high quality and fun netball provision across Poole.
With over 25 years of coaching experience, Hayley is the driving force behind Poole Netball Club. As the club’s longest-serving member and Head Coach, she plays a vital role in shaping the player pathway, mentoring coaches, and overseeing the club’s ongoing success.
A Level 2 qualified coach, Hayley specialises in performance coaching, with a proven track record at both regional and national levels. Under her leadership, Poole Netball Club has claimed multiple regional titles and reached the medal stages of national competitions, including being crowned ENG National Champions in 2022.
Passionate about player development, Hayley has helped many athletes progress to elite franchises and the England Netball Roses Academy. Her dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence continue to drive Poole Netball Club forward within the netball community.
